World deliveries of TVs in 2009 have made 211 million pieces, on 2 % it is more in comparison with 2008 In money terms TV market demand for TVs, according to preliminary data, was reduced to 10 % to $101 billion Thus with the flat screen has grown on 37 % against 34 % in 2008 According to experts, consumers – in particular in developing countries – have shown to modern TVs interest, than it was supposed. It also became some kind of a safety pillow.
One more moment, which analysts have fixed following the results of a year – the share of flat TV has exceeded 75 % in numerical expression and 90 % – in monetary, and besides thanks to demand increase in developing countries. Steel major factors: cost price decrease, decrease in the margin by the manufacturer and a retail network. Average cost of TV has decreased for a year more than on 8 %, thus average cost LCD- – on record 24 %.

World deliveries of TVs in 4th quarter 2009 have grown in comparison with the similar period of 2008 On 17 %, LCD-TVs – on 50 %, plasma TV – on 6 % whereas OLED - and projective TVs have fallen to 33 %, 37 % and 56 % accordingly. We will remind, recently Sony has refused manufacture of OLED-TVs for sale in the market of Japan in view of low demand for such type of devices. A principal cause of such behaviour is occurrence of new technoogies in market ZHK which entice buyers, in particular, it is a question of LCD-TVs with light-emitting diode (LED) illumination.
